First point: Orihime loves Ichigo. It's indisputable. She doesn't like Ulquiorra, which is saying something because she likes everybody.

all in all, my view is that Orihime needs interaction, feedback, and warmth. Ulquiorra can't provide any of that, and he doesn't seem like he's going to ever.

She's not ready to handle the type of baggage he has, and he's not ready to take on the task of giving back. Orihime was an important part of Ulquiorra's character development, but it's not in his character to have any type of romance with her. Especially not when he's trying all he can to mentally crush her and she's in tears. D: sorry, but I just don't see it.
